In addition it will issue up to 1.26 crore of equity shares of Rs 5 each, by way of preferential issue to IPRO Funds Ltd, Mauritius, a registered Foreign Institutional Investor (FII). The company will place the matters before the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2009. The shares of Ansal infra was trading at Rs 80.55 down 4.53 per cent from its previous close.
