Caretel bags GSM call centre contract from MTNL
BPO services provider Caretel, a Dalmia group company, has bagged a two-year contract from state-owned Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) to manage the latter’s call centre. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

No time-frame for moving resolution on Telangana: Rosaiah

Referring to the resignation of about 70 Congress MLAs, Rosaiah said, "As chief minister and a colleague I am really worried about this". He said the Congress has a system to deal with such things. "At an appropriate time the party will deal with this."
